1.核桃仁300克。

2.煮锅放入适量的水烧开。

3.水开下入核桃仁煮两分钟,捞出控干水。

4.不粘锅中加入130克的白砂糖,100克的水煮开。

5.煮至白砂糖微粘。

6.下入核桃仁翻炒。另一炉头同时小火加热食用油。

7.炒制核桃仁下还有些微的水分。

8.用漏勺捞出核桃仁控水。

9.油温大约130度时下入核桃仁,低温小火慢炸。

10.炸至核桃仁微微发黄(用漏勺翻碰时有脆的感觉)迅速捞出。
